CFI GUIDELINES

1. The teams/individuals have to inform their arrival/ departure 4 to 6 days prior to the event.
2. As per the regulations, Rs. 250 per person as an accommodation fee will be charged from the teams/individuals who are opting for accommodation.
3. All the teams/individuals are required to participate in the opening and closing ceremonies, failing which, a fine will be imposed as per the rule
4. For the medal ceremonies, the riders shall be in the racing attire, failing which necessary fine will be imposed.
5. All the riders must ensure to race in the true spirit of sportsmanship and refrain from any unsportsman-like behavior. Non-compliance shall invite disciplinary action as per the rules of the CFI.
6. Riders are advised to kindly maintain discipline on and off the field.
7. Keeping in view, all riders/coaches/officials are required to follow the SOP issued by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India.
8. No riders will be permitted to ride in the upper age category, if any athletes are doing so, then he/she will NOT be allowed to ride in the lower category from that date.

9. Eligibility for merit and participation certificate:

a. Time Trial event: To be eligible to get the certificate, the rider/ team has to complete the race within 25% of the timing clocked by the leading rider/ team.
b. Mass start event: To be eligible to get the certificate, the rider has to cover a minimum of 50% distance of the race and that too in a specified time.
c. Online participation certificate will be provided to all the participants
