Be a permanent resident of WB with either a AADHAR Card issued in WB or living here for more than 6 months
No Balance Wheels / Training Wheels will be permitted for this race. if a rider gets to the start line with training wheels, they will be asked to not participate & fees will be forfeit. Parents are responsible for ensuring this.
No restriction on type of Bike (MTB / HYBRIB / Road all are allowed)
As this is a race, only children with a habit of regular cycling are encouraged to participate, if a child is not accustomed to regular cycling or lacks the ability to ride safely, please do not register him / her.
