Participation Guidelines

• All the riders are required to participate in the opening and closing ceremonies, failing which, a fine will be imposed as per the rule
• For the medal ceremonies, the riders shall be in the racing attire, failing which necessary fine will be imposed.
• All the riders must ensure to race in the true spirit of sportsmanship and refrain from any unsportsman-like behavior. Non-compliance shall invite disciplinary action as per the rules of the CFI.
• Riders are advised to kindly maintain discipline on and off the field. Keeping in view, all riders/coaches/officials are required to follow the SOP issued by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India.
• No riders will be permitted to ride in the upper age category, if any athletes are doing so, then he/she will NOT be allowed to ride in the lower category from that date.
• Please only register using details of your government issued ID. Incase you register any other name, the organisers will not be responsible for verification.

Eligibility for merit and participation certificate:

a. Time Trial & mass start event: merit certificate will be given to the top 3 riders in every race
b. Online participation certificate will be provided to all the participants
